How to take advantage of lanyards for events

Planning an event can be a very daunting task, and sometimes it’s hard to even know where to begin. Between local government requirements, promotion and maybe even food vendors to organise, it can really take it out of you.

So, once you’ve completed the planning stage and made it to the day of the event, why continue to make it more difficult for yourself?

Using lanyards in event organisation

Make sure you know exactly where everyone should be, and more importantly, who they are with lanyards. At the end of the day, you don’t want to mix up your staff and event volunteers from your exhibitors.

A great way to do this is to take advantage of pre-printed lanyards – not only can you quickly tell the different between your staff, volunteers and exhibitors, but you can also even add a custom card and wallet to help know exactly where all your exhibitors should be.

Or, maybe you have an even more complicated set up. Maybe you want an easy way to differentiate between the areas of your event – so that you can easily see whether a member of security is supposed to be on the door or in the VIP section.
