Design and Order

Cord Lanyards

These elastic nylon, lightweight lanyards offer incredible quality and comfort without the twisting of flat style lanyards. These lanyards are 5mm wide by 900mm long, are available in a huge range of pantone colours, and can be custom printed with your logo or branding. And though a finer style, they are hard-wearing and a great way to carry keys, security passes, name badges, and more.

Please note that the minimum order quantity for this product is 100 pieces.

To configure your lanyards, simply choose the background colour from the options below or click "other" to specify an exact pantone, then upload your logo in up to three spot colours. You can also choose from a wide selection of clip types, plus take advantage of our custom ID card printing service and assembly option if required.

Please send us your logo or artwork in AI, EPS or in a high-resolution PDF file. JPG or PNG files will serve for the visual but not for production.

Once we've received your order, we'll be in touch with a design mock up for you to approve (or request changes) before we send the lanyards for production. We will then send you a firm delivery date on which you can rely and a tracking code so you can follow your parcel. We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your lanyards and the service you receive so, although we sell online, you'll find our friendly team readily available at the end of the phone if you have any queries at all.

Design

Tell us about the branding you would like us to print. Below you can upload a logo and also add some text if you wish (such as a tagline, event dates, or event location). We will mock up a layout using this information and be in touch for your approval/amends before the lanyards are printed.

If you have downloaded a design template from this page and created a mock up for us to follow, you can also upload it below for our reference.

Main clip

Please confirm your preferred clip. Trigger clips are fitted as standard and are ideal for attaching wallets and ID cards.

Intermediate attachments

These allow you to detach the end of the lanyard, which is ideal if the lanyard will be used to carry USB sticks or keys that can't otherwise be used with the lanyard around your neck.

Cards & holders

Lanyards are ideal for carrying ID cards and passes. Typically these are carried in flexible pvc wallets or rigid plastic card holders that protect the card and attach to the lanyard. We can supply these with or without custom printed card inserts depending on your requirements. To see the options available first select a style of card holder.

We also supply hard-wearing custom printed cards in plastic or laminated card without the holder, hole-punched if required. You can then use these with existing card holders or attach them directly to the lanyard.

Our card printing service is fully bespoke according to your design and can incorporate features such as barcodes, holograms, and person/delegate specific information such as names, job titles, photos etc. Indicate your preferences below and don’t hesitate to ask us a question via the live chat or by calling 0208 166 0712.

Unfortunately custom card printing is not available with our express printed lanyard services as it cannot be completed in time.
Please note that card printing adds 3–5 working days to the delivery of plain lanyards.

PVC Wallets

Flexible, PVC card wallets that attach to the lanyard clip. Please check the sizes below carefully. Based on the size you select, you can then add the correct size card inserts and upload a design.

Card insert

Card Holders

Rigid plastic card holders for holding credit card-style cards. These attach to the lanyard clip and allow you to outwardly display the card, which can be removed from the holder with ease when necessary.

Card Only

Deluxe rigid plastic cards or high quality laminated cardboard cards in a range of sizes. With one or two holes punched, these can be attached directly to the lanyard clip without the need for a holder.

Upload card design

Mail merge

During the print process we can custom print person-specific information onto each card based on details you supply in an excel spreadsheet. This is ideal for delegate ID badges and security passes. Select “yes” if you would like us to undertake this for you. If you have the information ready, you can also optionally upload it now but don’t worry if you are still confirming details—we can get that later.

Assembly

If you are ordering cards or holders it can be a time-consuming activity to assemble the lanyards ready to hand out. For a small additional fee we can do this for you.
