The Face Mask is one of our bestselling personal protection items.

A soft face covering, with a smooth satin finish which creates a quality feel, yet it is lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear.

Made from 100% polyester, this face mask will survive multiple washes, making it a cost-effective means of securely holding a barrier against air inffection. The face mask comes with an adjustable elastic strap.

Please send us your logo or artwork in AI, EPS or in a high-resolution PDF file. JPG or PNG files will serve for the visual but not for production. Please note we do not go to print before you approve your lanyard artwork.

How many lanyards do you require? Please note that our minimum order quantity is 100

Number of colours

We can print logos or branding in a design using up to 4 individual colours. Based on your design, please select the number of colours required. Note that these must be solid colours – for gradients and greater flexibility of design take a look at full-colour printed lanyards.

Background colour

Confirm the principal lanyard colour (background colour for printed lanyards). The most popular colours are shown below or, where available, click on “More” to select a specific pantone from our full collection or to indicate that you have a design template to submit at the next step.

Printed lanyards: Please note that for the express service, we only offer printing onto lanyard colours held in stock, which will restrict your choice. For more options, consider standard delivery.

Main clip

Please confirm your preferred clip. Trigger clips are fitted as standard and are ideal for attaching wallets and ID cards.

Intermediate attachments

These allow you to detach the end of the lanyard, which is ideal if the lanyard will be used to carry USB sticks or keys that can't otherwise be used with the lanyard around your neck.

Cards & holders

Lanyards are ideal for carrying ID cards and passes. Typically these are carried in flexible pvc wallets or rigid plastic card holders that protect the card and attach to the lanyard. We can supply these with or without custom printed card inserts depending on your requirements. To see the options available first select a style of card holder.

We also supply hard-wearing custom printed cards in plastic or laminated card without the holder, hole-punched if required. You can then use these with existing card holders or attach them directly to the lanyard.

Our card printing service is fully bespoke according to your design and can incorporate features such as barcodes, holograms, and person/delegate specific information such as names, job titles, photos etc. Indicate your preferences below and don’t hesitate to ask us a question via the live chat or by calling 0208 166 0712.

Unfortunately custom card printing is not available with our express printed lanyard services as it cannot be completed in time.
Please note that card printing adds 3–5 working days to the delivery of plain lanyards.

PVC Wallets

Flexible, PVC card wallets that attach to the lanyard clip. Please check the sizes below carefully. Based on the size you select, you can then add the correct size card inserts and upload a design.

Card insert

Card Holders

Rigid plastic card holders for holding credit card-style cards. These attach to the lanyard clip and allow you to outwardly display the card, which can be removed from the holder with ease when necessary.

Card Only

Deluxe rigid plastic cards or high quality laminated cardboard cards in a range of sizes. With one or two holes punched, these can be attached directly to the lanyard clip without the need for a holder.

Upload card design

Mail merge

During the print process we can custom print person-specific information onto each card based on details you supply in an excel spreadsheet. This is ideal for delegate ID badges and security passes. Select “yes” if you would like us to undertake this for you. If you have the information ready, you can also optionally upload it now but don’t worry if you are still confirming details—we can get that later.

Assembly

If you are ordering cards or holders it can be a time-consuming activity to assemble the lanyards ready to hand out. For a small additional fee we can do this for you.
