What happens next

Order confirmation.

As soon as we receive your order, we get in touch via email with a summary of your requirements for you to confirm. This ensures that you’re happy that we have captured the requirements correctly.

Payment.

Design proof. 

For custom printed lanyards the next step is to create a design proof based on the artwork/logo and text requirements you have supplied. Our delivery timescales (those you see advertised on our website) are from the point you sign off the design proof so during working hours our design team typically send the proof via email within about 15 minutes. If it’s not quite right you can still request changes at this stage – we want you to be 100% happy before you sign the proof off and the lanyards go into production.

Delivery date confirmation.

With your lanyards in production or plain lanyards being packed we send you an email to confirm the date by which we guaranteed you’ll receive them. In many cases we beat our own delivery deadlines and get them to you sooner. We also give you a tracking code so you can see the progress of your delivery.

Changing your order.

You can make changes to your order up until the point your lanyards go into production. Thereafter we are unable to make changes, as you might expect.

Returns or faulty items.

We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and industry leading delivery timescales for our products. If you have any concerns about your order in the first instance call our friendly team on 0208 166 0712 and we will always seek a solution.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom orders that are printed correctly. However, the design proof process ensures there aren’t any nasty surprises.

Should any goods be faulty, please inform us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods and our customer service team will deal with this immediately.
